Our prayer is that this house of prayer and others like it will arise all across the globe, wherever military personnel are stationed, and eventually offer up night and day worship and intercession (Tabernacle of David/Harp & Bowl from Rev 5:8-14).

Realizing that this vision is much, much greater than I am, I have discarded the idea that we needed to have a fully operational House of Prayer established in a Military Community before promoting the idea around the world.  Instead, I believe there are already MANY in and around military bases who have a real burden from the Lord to intercede for men and women in uniform who put their lives on the line on a daily basis and to lift up their families in prayer.  The issue is how to coordinate and focus the intercession.  So the Lord has directed us to establish a ministry dedicated to mobilizing, training, linking and resourcing an army of intercessors around the world to establish houses of prayer in the military communities in which they live.  We understand that the Lord would have us cast this vision and then equip those who catch it and link them with others who have share this vision.

When the Lord calls you to do something, He always provides the strategy and the resources to get the job done.  In our case, the Lord provided us with a web site, www.operationprayershield.net. Please visit our site to learn more information about this exciting ministry opportunity and to find resources to equip you along the way.  We will upgrade the site as we go along, but for now I just wanted to get it posted so that this critical vision from the Lord could get out and we could begin the task at hand, namely, mobilizing prayer for the military.

If you have any suggestions (resources, links, formatting ideas, revelation) please send me an email at info@operationprayershield.net.  This is so much more than we can handle on our own.  We covet your prayers and your support.
