1. Concept of the Operation. 
      1. Facilities will be acquired that will be dedicated solely for the purpose of worship and intercession and training the harp and bowl concept of worship and prayer. 
      2. Prophetic singers, musicians, worship leaders and prayer leaders will be recruited to form intercessory worship teams that will lead out in focused worship and intercession in two-hour increments with the goal of eventually going 24/7.
      3. The Harp and Bowl method of worship and intercession (antiphonal singing) will be utilized as we focus on our four-fold purpose.  However, there will be times when the Spirit will lead us to just worship Him as He leads us.  And if we believe God inhabits the praises of His people, then we will understand that when we worship Him in spirit and in truth, we are working to bring God’s Kingdom into our community.
         
    1. Instructions to Individuals
      1. Local House of Prayer Directors
        1. Secure an appropriate facility for the House of Prayer
        2. When possible, Coordinate with the IHOP-KC to recruit a intercessory worship team with a heart for starting a Military House of Prayer
        3. Secure funding to cover start-up and maintenance costs
        4. Establish a base of ministry partners and individual intercessors and maintain contact with them
        5. Recruit prophetic singers, musicians, worship leaders and prayer leaders and assist them in forming teams, to include a sound team.
        6. Acquire furnishings (decorations and intercessory aids), instruments and audio-visual equipment
        7. Oversee the physical setup and the interior decorations
           
      1. IHOP-KC Team (when possible)
        1. Serve as primary consultants and overseers
        2. Initially serve as the primary musicians, singers, worship leaders and prayer leaders.
        3. Establish and manage the prayer schedule
           
      2. Ministry Partners and Individual Intercessors
        1. Stay informed on current prayer needs and commit to sharing the intercessory burdens
        2. Contribute directly to the ministry by participating on an intercessory worship team, giving prophetic words or by partnering with us in other ways as the Lord leads.
           
      3. Musicians, Singers and Prayer Leaders
        1. Must be spiritually mature
        2. Must have a spirit of excellence and dedication and be an accomplished musician or vocalist. 
        3. Must be humble and able to demonstrate a spirit of cooperation.
        4. Must be able to flow with the Spirit and fellow team members in offering quality, Spirit-led songs, hymns and spiritual songs interspersed with intercession in an antiphonal “harp and bowl” style.  Note: This is focused, Spirit-led intercessory worship, not a “jam session” or a place to showcase your talent or advance personal agendas.
